In the said post, Alex uploaded several photos from her maternity shoot alongside her husband Lipa City Vice Mayor Mikee Morada, accompanied by a caption that raised questions among her followers and netizens alike.
In her caption, she expressed a heartfelt message to her child while offering gratitude to the Almighty for this wonderful blessing.
“I'll miss carrying you inside my tummy, my baby. It was like having our own little world. Thank you Jesus!” Alex wrote in her caption.

Her choice of words sparked widespread debate online, as people tried to decipher whether the actress had already given birth.
“'It was' daw, meaning, nanganak na,” a netizen wrote in the comments.
“'Di pa ngani nanganganak 'I'll miss carrying,' ibig sabihin nya mamimiss daw nya na dinadala nya yung baby sa kanyang sinapupunan. Malapit na yan 'di pa sya nanganganak,” explained another.
